SIRcraft

SIRcraft is a no-code application that allows you to devise, run, and evaluate compartmental models. SIR models are prognostic and decision-making tools widely used in epidemiology by scientists, domain-experts, and decision-makers. As SIRcraft is based on an interactive, visual interface, even complex models can be built up without any knowledge in computer programming or coding.

SIRcraft initially was developed by Aljoscha Grebe in his master's thesis. It is now extended and maintained by Mobile4D at the University of Bremen.
